Founder & Therapist

Care rooted in curiosity and respect.

At Willow Moon Counseling, I offer a welcoming place to understand what you are carrying, notice patterns with compassion, and consider what you want moving forward.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, therapy can be a place to find clarity, resilience, and hope.

A human-first approach

Meaningful therapy begins with seeing the person before the diagnosis.

Labels and clinical frameworks can offer insight, understanding, and sometimes a sense of relief. They are not the center of my work. You are.

Before anything else, you are a human being with a unique story, relationships, strengths, challenges, and experiences that have shaped who you are.

My approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens when I create space to explore that story with curiosity, compassion, and respect. I honor the fullness of who you are rather than reducing you to a diagnosis or set of symptoms.

What guides the work

Compassion before judgment

Your coping made sense somewhere. I begin with curiosity and care.

Genuine connection

Therapy can be thoughtful, warm, and human.

Safety and trust

You choose the pace. Consent and collaboration are part of the process.

Growth that fits your life

I connect insight to realistic tools you can carry beyond the session.
